AMALGAMEA transferred my focus from painting and drawing into sculpting in 2012.
There is couple of hundred hours worth of painting and drawing on its body.
Most of my work is futuristic and alien-like. I had the urge to portray the alien life since I was a child.
Inspiration for this piece came from known Earth’s flora and fauna. It took a new form, merging with one another.
I believe that in the vastness of our universe, there is a place for creatures such as Amalgamea.
